Anonymous, but actually safe
Responders never need an account. The anonymity guard catches the role, project or timing details that would narrow a message down to one person, and it never stores or logs the draft. Submissions pass moderation and rate limits before they reach the team.

AI where it helps
Built on Mistral through one isolated module with per-organisation quotas: incoming messages get sentiment and tags, and the platform offers semantic search, question summaries, reply drafts and an AI daily digest. Toxicity and PII flags are only shown to owners and admins.

An inbox teams can work
Per-person read state, archive, labels and assignment, plus analytics charts for volume, sentiment and NPS. Clicking any chart segment filters the inbox to the messages behind it.

Multi-tenant by design
Organisations, teams and role-based permissions (owner, admin, member), email invitations, QR share links, and custom branding (logo, accent colour, welcome text) on the public pages for paid plans.
